The research is conducted using appropriate methods for your questions—interviews, testing sessions, surveys, field studies, or a combination. You're encouraged to observe sessions and will receive interim updates throughout.

Most research projects follow a 4-8 week timeline from kickoff to final recommendations. Rapid studies can be completed in as little as 2 weeks for urgent needs. Retainer relationships provide ongoing insights with flexible scheduling based on your product development cycles.
